Sales Focus expands Charleston facility
SOUTH CAROLINA, UNITED STATES — Sales Focus Inc. (SFI), a pioneer in sales outsourcing, expanded its Charleston, South Carolina sales center in response to rising demand for its services.
The 56% larger facility will allow SFI to increase its workforce and take on more clients.
The expansion has already created many new local jobs, with plans for further hiring.
The larger office also enables expanded training and development for SFI’s workforce. This will lead to stronger service delivery and client results.
SFI was founded in 1998 and helps clients acquire new customers and grow revenue through dedicated sales teams. Services include inside sales, field sales, lead generation, appointment setting, and more.
The company has developed and managed successful campaigns across industries like technology, manufacturing, finance, and healthcare
“This expansion reflects our commitment to providing top-notch sales outsourcing solutions for our clients and our dedication to the local community by creating job opportunities,” said SFI’s Sales Director Zach Horwath.
SFI recently announced the addition of five new clients and its portfolio expansion in healthcare, software, and manufacturing.
According to Crunchbase, the firm’s estimated revenue is between $10 million and $50 million.
The firm is listed on Outsource Accelerator’s (OA) Global Outsourcing Firm (BPO) Index, a vital tool in assisting the BPO decision-making community with a broad but objective industry assessment.
