Verint partners with Zoom for AI-driven customer experience

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — Verint, a provider of customer experience (CX) solutions, announced a strengthened collaboration with Zoom Video Communications, launching the ISV Exchange Program.
This initiative, building on their previous partnership, seamlessly integrates Verint’s open platform architecture with Zoom’s suite of solutions, amplifying (CX) automation capabilities.
“It’s been a pleasure working with Zoom this past year on integrating our open platform with their unified communications solutions as well as Zoom Contact Center,” said Verint’s John Bourne, senior vice president, global channels and alliances.
