2X acquires StraightArrow to boost outsourced marketing services

PENNSYLVANIA, UNITED STATES — Marketing-as-a-service (MaaS) company 2X announced its acquisition of StraightArrow Corporation, a leading creative process outsourcing (CPO) company based in Manila, Philippines.
This comes after a significant growth equity investment from Recognize Partners in March 2023.
The acquisition represents a milestone for 2X’s mission to disrupt the $850 billion United States marketing services sector. As B2B revenue leaders navigate talent shortages, anonymous customer journeys, underutilized tech stacks, and rising costs, the need to transform marketing operating models accelerates.
Founded in 2010 by Malaya and Haraya Del Rosario-Gust, StraightArrow provides offshore creative and B2B marketing services to execute strategies. With 200 specialists, they service global clients across the U.S., UK, and Australia. Capabilities include creative production, web development, inbound marketing, and e-commerce.
Del Rosario-Gust said both firms share core values and purpose: “We are both growth-minded category creators, incredibly focused on fostering a great place to work for our employees, and totally driven to provide a transformational outcome to our clients.”
StraightArrow is listed on the Time Doctor OA500, an index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing firms.
2X CEO Domenic Colasante looks forward to synergies, bringing StraightArrow’s services and time zones to 2X clients while helping StraightArrow clients benefit from 2X’s account-based marketing, intent marketing, analytics, and tech partnerships.
2X has been recognized among the top 30% on the Inc. 5000 list, showcasing its status as one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S. Its revenue range is between $10 million and $50 million, according to Crunchbase.
The acquisition expands 2X’s leadership in MaaS, now nearing 1,000 global employees. 2X claims to have pioneered MaaS to enable elevated marketing impact at lower costs.
2X Board Member Jack Berney said, “We are excited to continue to back the team’s roadmap to expand value to clients.”
