TDCX expands European presence with new Romanian office
BUCHAREST, ROMANIA — Singapore-based customer experience (CX) solutions provider TDCX has amplified its European presence with the inauguration of an expanded office in Bucharest, Romania.
This expansion underscores the company’s escalating growth in Europe and highlights its dedication to helping more clients in leveraging Europe as a prime outsourcing hub.
Since establishing its Romanian operations, TDCX has seen a surge in demand, doubling its workforce within two years and bolstering its service offerings across automotive, e-sports, health-tech, and software industries.
The strategic location of the Bucharest campus bolsters TDCX’s ability to deliver multilingual support in 15 languages, catering to Europe’s diverse linguistic needs.

The need for strong CX is increasing among European companies. Research shows that 86% of small and medium-sized firms in Europe say CX innovation is crucial to stay competitive.
