UST broadens Australia footprint with Leonardo purchase

MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA and CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Tech solutions firm UST has expanded its market presence in Australia through its acquisition of Leonardo, a provider of business process improvement, automation, and integration services.
UST has been providing a suite of services to clients in Australia for eight years. This includes customer experience solutions, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), cloud, and automation.
Leonardo fortifies UST’s organizational efficiency through client references and local partnerships. Meanwhile, Leonardo will also have the opportunity to expand its market base and its service offerings.
As part of the deal, Leonardo’s team of over 70 members will transfer to UST to offer comprehensive solutions to the Australian and New Zealand markets.
