Accenture elevates Karalee Close to head Talent & Organization division

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES —Outsourcing company Accenture has appointed Karalee Close as the new head of its Talent & Organization practice.
Close will drive the expansion of Accenture’s capabilities in helping clients reinvent their organizations through the powerful combination of technology and talent.
She brings extensive experience in transformations, organizational design, and talent solutions to Accenture.
Prior to joining Accenture, Close spent almost 24 years at the Boston Consulting Group, where she was most recently the Managing Director & Senior Partner, Vice Chair of Tech & Digital.
As a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee, Close will leverage her expertise to help clients achieve sustainable growth by connecting people and technology, accessing and creating new talent pools, and guiding organizations amid rapid technological shifts.
