iQor appoints new Chief Administrative Officer

FLORIDA, UNITED STATES — Business process outsourcing (BPO) firm iQor announced the appointment of Art DiBari as its new Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). DiBari brings over 30 years of industry experience driving operational excellence at major BPO firms.
Investing in iQor’s operational excellence
In this newly created role, DiBari will report directly to iQor President and CEO Chris Crowley. His key mandate is to maximize company performance and accelerate iQor’s global growth strategy through streamlined operations.

DiBari joins iQor’s executive team to enhance the company’s artificial intelligence (AI)- driven workforce solutions, like Symphony [AI], while fostering an award-winning culture. iQor recently earned Great Place to Work Certifications in Colombia and the Philippines for 2024.

Dibari’s industry veteran experience
Prior to iQor, DiBari was Principal at AltC, providing strategic BPO advisory services. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Alorica, overseeing 140 operating centers. DiBari also held leadership roles at APAC Customer Services, ACS, and Aegis.
Mill Point acquires majority stake in iQor for CX growth
iQor announced an agreement with Mill Point Capital (MPC), a private equity firm specializing in North American investments. The deal is expected to close in June 2024.
The partnership prioritizes iQor’s strong customer relationships while leveraging technology and human expertise to enhance customer engagement across industries. MPC’s investment is expected to drive substantial value through operational improvements and strategic growth initiatives.
