The MCS Group expands eDiscovery services to U.S. government agencies

PENNSYLVANIA, UNITED STATES — The MCS Group, a provider of outsourcing solutions, has announced an expansion of its services with the addition of RelativityOne Government, a FedRAMP-authorized cloud-based eDiscovery solution for government agencies.
This expansion allows The MCS Group to offer government entities the same cutting-edge tools used by private sectors to manage Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, litigation, and investigations.
Enhancing government eDiscovery capabilities
The RelativityOne Government platform is built in Microsoft Azure Government and features responsible AI to streamline workflows, significantly reducing human error and legal preparation time.
It is equipped with advanced security features, including proactive threat intelligence and 24/7 monitoring.
“We are excited to expand into the Government space with our eDiscovery solutions,” said Stephen Ehrlich, CIO of The MCS Group.
“Our ability to assist clients at all levels with their eDiscovery workflows, data management and technology will be of great benefit to government entities, especially within the secure confines of RelativityOne Government.”
Leveraging AI and automation for efficiency
The integration of Relativity aiR into the offering brings state-of-the-art generative AI tools to government clients, empowering experts and potentially reducing legal spend in discovery preparation.
In 2023, RelativityOne Government users reportedly saved over 1,200 hours through automated workflows.
