Transcosmos expands Seoul operations with new center

TOKYO, JAPAN — Global business process outsourcing company transcosmos announced that it opened a new operations center in Seoul, South Korea.
With 200 workstations, the CX Square Hoehyeon is located in Toegye-ro and mainly deals with services on contact centers.
Strategic location enhances inter-center collaboration
This new center is located within a minute’s walk from Hoehyeon station and right next to the two existing facilities: CX Square Myeong-dong and CX Square Euljiro.
Because of this, the collaboration between centers in inter-center activities is very effective during peak times targeting stable and continuous service delivery.
Transcosmos gets South Korea’s first PCI DSS v4.0 certification

This underlines the dedication of transcosmos to maintaining the very best standards of information security in its handling of cardholder data.
The PCI DSS is the global security standard set by major international credit card brands for safe cardholder data and reduced chances of data breaches.
