Ibex opens 9th Philippine CX center in Davao City

DAVAO CITY, PHILIPPINES — Business process outsourcing (BPO) firm ibex has announced the opening of its second customer experience (CX) service center in Davao City, Philippines.
The new site, located at Felcris Centrale on Quimpo Boulevard, will add to ibex’s growing presence in the country, bringing the total number of its Philippine-based centers to nine.
Expanding footprint in the Philippines
The new center will continue to contribute to the city’s BPO landscape, providing job opportunities and boosting local economic activity. Ibex has been operating in Davao City for over a decade, with its first site growing from 50 agents to more than 1,700 today.
