Teleperformance expands APAC Presence with new multilingual hub in Bali

BALI, INDONESIA — Global digital business services provider Teleperformance recently announced the opening of its new multilingual hub in Bali, Indonesia.
The company aims to expand its presence in the Asia-Pacific region to serve its clients’ growing customer support needs.
Bali’s high tourism industry offers a rich and multicultural profile, making it an excellent hub for TP’s new center. The new site will employ 500 customer experts and cater to over 21 Asian and European languages.
According to the company, this special advantage will enable TP to render “service from the heart” to clients all over the world—something that has been incorporated into the organization as part of its customer care approach.
Supporting global and local brands through five sites in Indonesia
Bali is Teleperformance’s fifth operational center in Indonesia, where over 4,500 customer support employees are reportedly working for the company.

Teleperformance has a significant presence in Indonesia, employing over 4,500 people across five sites and serving more than 25 clients, including some of the world’s premier brands. The company’s global operations span nearly 100 countries, allowing it to provide comprehensive support to clients worldwide.
The Bali expansion comes on the heels of Teleperformance’s recent site opening in Jamaica, furthering its commitment to scaling up multilingual support capabilities around the world.
In 2023, Teleperformance reported consolidated revenue of €8,345 million (US$9 billion) and net profit of €602 million (US$658 million). Teleperformance recently ranked #2 in the 2024 OA500, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies. This is the second year the company clinched the index’s top 2 spot.
