Infosys, zooplus partner on AI-driven digital transformation

MUNICH, GERMANY and BENGALURU, INDIA — Infosys, a global leader in digital services and consulting, has partnered with zooplus SE, Europe’s online pet retailer.
The collaboration will seek to enhance zooplus’s e-commerce and process capabilities by establishing a Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad, India.
Leveraging Infosys Topaz for advanced e-commerce solutions
Infosys will offer its AI-first platform, Infosys Topaz, to support zooplus in digitalizing its e-commerce operations. With the partnership, zooplus will transform marketing, the supply chain, and customer experience through advanced AI technologies.

Infosys has more than 300,000 employees working for clients in 56 countries. The company has reported good financial results for the second quarter ending September 30, 2024. The revenues stood at $4.89 billion, with a sequential growth of 3.1% and a year-on-year increase of 3.3% in constant currency.

Strengthening presence in Europe and India
The new GCC in Hyderabad will be a technological hub, implementing a new order management system and enhancing operational efficiency. This move represents a significant step in Infosys’ strategic focus on Europe, where zooplus has become a dominant force with a comprehensive online platform catering to pet owners.
