WNS acquires Kipi.ai, boosts AI and analytics

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — WNS (Holdings) Limited, a global provider of digital-led business transformation services, has acquired Kipi.ai, a Houston-based company renowned for its innovative work in data modernization.
While specific financial terms of the deal were not announced, the merger promises to expand WNS’s capabilities in analytics and artificial intelligence, tapping into Kipi’s expertise on the Snowflake platform.
Strategic fit and future prospects
Kipi.ai, which started in 2021, is noted for its comprehensive approach across data engineering, analytics, and data science, primarily serving sectors like banking, insurance, and healthcare.
Kipi.ai brings to WNS over 600 global employees, including more than 450 data specialists. Their team boasts around 600 SnowPro certifications, making them one of the largest Snowflake talent hubs globally. The company has developed over 250 unique tools and solutions that utilize AI and advanced analytics to enhance business processes.
The integration of Kipi.ai with WNS is seen as an enhancement to WNS’s services that are already positioned across various industries.

Financial outlook and global presence
The acquisition is expected to have a minimal impact on WNS’s financial performance in the near term, with Kipi projected to contribute about 2% to WNS’s overall revenue by fiscal 2026.
WNS, with headquarters in Mumbai, operates in 14 countries and employs over 63,390 professionals in 66 delivery centers worldwide. The company provides a wide range of industry-specific services, including customer management, finance and accounting, and analytics, to over 600 clients globally.
