Quest Global boosts engineering solutions with Alpha-Numero acquisition

BENGALURU, INDIA — Global engineering company Quest Global has announced the acquisition of Alpha-Numero Technology Solutions, a U.S.-based very large scale integration (VLSI) design company.
While specific terms of the deal were not announced, the merger aims to enhance Quest Global‘s semiconductor offerings and expand its mission and safety-critical solutions.
Integration of services
Alpha-Numero, known for its advanced field programmable gate array (FPGA) technology across Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, and Endicott, brings over 150 skilled engineers into the Quest Global family.

Alpha-Numero has carved a niche in the aerospace, hi-tech, and automotive industries with its specialized avionic design and verification solutions. Its expertise in managing complex electronics hardware and compliance with critical industry standards like DO-254 and DO-178B/C will integrate seamlessly into Quest’s existing framework.

As part of Quest Global, Alpha-Numero will continue to be led by its co-founders, Sukanta Mitra, Santhi Ayyadevar, and Hari Patel.
