Concentrix invests $33Mn in new Philippine site, opens iX360 hub

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Concentrix has invested approximately $33 million (PHP2 billion) in a new Philippine operations site at Robinsons GBF Tower 2 in Quezon City and launched iX360, an immersive experience center focused on artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and analytics.
According to a report from Newsbytes.PH, the dual announcement reinforces the company’s standing as the Philippines’ largest private employer, with more than 100,000 workers across 52 sites nationwide.
The expansion signals continued long-term commitment to the country as a strategic hub for digital transformation and integrated business services, not just traditional voice support.
A new hub for AI-led customer experience
The iX360 center is built as a collaborative space where clients and employees can explore solutions using analytics, automation, and AI.
The center positions Concentrix to demonstrate next-generation customer experience capabilities directly to clients in a physical, immersive setting, aligning with rising enterprise demand for AI-integrated CX delivery.
The new GBF Tower site accommodates nearly 4,000 employees across seven floors and roughly 20,000 square meters, with amenities including a gym, clinic, wellness areas, sleeping quarters, and multiple pantries.
“iX360 represents how we are bringing intelligent experience to life — where strategy, technology, and human ingenuity come together to create real business impact,” said Amit Jagga, executive vice president and chief business officer of Concentrix Philippines.
The launch event, titled “iX360 and GBF Site: Digital Journeys Reimagined,” drew representatives from government agencies and private-sector partners including Robinsons Land Corporation and Philippine Airlines.
Reimagining the integration of people, processes, and platforms
The expansion reflects Concentrix’s continuing investment in digital transformation and integrated business services in the Philippines, moving beyond traditional contact center work into higher-value AI-led services.
The 52nd Philippine site adds significant operational capacity at a time when global clients are consolidating CX vendors and demanding integrated technology-and-talent delivery models. The employee-centric design of the facility also addresses talent retention in a competitive BPO labor market.
“Transformation today is not just about adopting new technologies — it’s about reimagining how people, processes, and platforms work together,” said Larah Sta. Maria, vice president for transformation and shared services at Concentrix Philippines.
The investment reflects a broader strategic shift across the global outsourcing industry, where firms including Teleperformance, TaskUs, and TDCX are pouring capital into AI-ready Philippine hubs to capture rising enterprise demand for integrated CX and digital services.
As clients move from voice-only support toward AI-augmented operations, the Philippines is consolidating its position as a premier global delivery hub for next-generation business services, with Concentrix’s expansion serving as the latest validation of that trajectory.
