Translate. One buys Dutch agency Vertaalbureau Perfect

GEORGIA, UNITED STATES — Translate. One has acquired Vertaalbureau Perfect, a Netherlands-based translation agency, establishing a direct foothold in the Benelux market and extending operations into Germany.
The deal also brings Fairlingo, Vertaalbureau Perfect‘s proprietary cloud-based translation platform, into Translate. One’s global delivery network, the companies announced in a company press release.
Benelux entry anchors Translate. One’s European expansion
Translate. One, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, gains its first direct operational footprint in Western Europe through the deal.
The acquisition adds Vertaalbureau Perfect’s multilingual translation capacity and the Fairlingo platform to Translate. One’s portfolio of AI-powered language services. The deal positions Translate. One to compete in the Netherlands and Germany, two of Europe’s most active markets for professional language services.
“We are excited to welcome Vertaalbureau Perfect to the Translate. One team. This acquisition establishes a strong foundation in the Benelux market, expands our presence in Germany, and enhances our technology capabilities. Their experienced team and loyal client base create valuable opportunities to grow and deliver even more innovative, AI-backed language solutions,” said Peter Smith, CEO of Translate.One.
Vertaalbureau Perfect clients to access expanded AI capabilities
The deal preserves Vertaalbureau Perfect’s established client base and ISO-certified quality model while giving those clients access to Translate. One’s broader global technology network.
Translate. One’s move into Western Europe comes at a time when language services firms are investing heavily in AI-powered automation to handle rising multilingual content demand. Vertaalbureau Perfect’s German market presence also gives Translate. One a second high-value European corridor beyond the Netherlands.
“Becoming part of Translate. One allows us to scale our capabilities, benefit from advanced technology, and continue delivering exceptional value to our clients,” said Sam van Gentevoort, Founder of Vertaalbureau Perfect.
Language services consolidation has accelerated globally as providers build geographic scale and technology depth to serve enterprise clients and business process outsourcing (BPO) operations across multiple markets.
Translate. One’s expansion into the Netherlands and Germany adds two high-value European markets to its network at a time when demand for AI-assisted multilingual content is rising across digital and regulated industries.
Vertaalbureau Perfect’s ISO-certified standards and Fairlingo platform extend Translate. One’s competitive positioning for enterprise accounts across Western Europe.
