Auxis opens a new Bogotá outsourcing center

BOGOTÁ, COLOMBIA — Auxis has opened a new outsourcing center at Connecta 26 in Bogotá, adding a third Colombian delivery site to an expanding nearshore network built on tech-enabled accounting, IT, and HR outsourcing for U.S.-based organizations, the company announced.
Connecta 26 site anchors Auxis’ third Colombia market
Auxis, a Grant Thornton Advisors subsidiary, provides tech-enabled business process outsourcing (BPO) in accounting, IT, and HR for U.S.-based clients.
The new center at Connecta 26, Colombia’s first sustainable corporate business park, adds Bogotá to the company’s existing sites in Barranquilla and Medellín, completing a three-city Colombia delivery network launched in 2021.
Grant Thornton’s 2026 Q2 CFO Survey found that 44% of organizations are already operating in or evaluating Latin America as a delivery location, a demand signal Auxis cited as a driver of the Bogotá expansion.
“Bogotá represents one of the deepest and fastest-growing bilingual talent markets in Latin America, making it a natural fit for our continued growth,” said Raul Vega, a partner in Grant Thornton’s Advisory practice and CEO of Auxis.
Colombia headcount to exceed 700 as bilingual hiring accelerates
Auxis entered Colombia in 2021 and has since opened sites in Barranquilla and Medellín before the new Bogotá center.
Analyst firms Everest Group and ISG have identified the company as one of the few global outsourcing providers offering a true nearshore-centric delivery model for U.S. clients, according to the company.
Auxis expects its Colombia headcount to exceed 700 within the next year, following a July 2026 hiring drive in which the company added more than 500 bilingual professionals at its Bogotá operations.
“Colombia has become an important part of our growth story, and we’re excited to continue expanding our presence in Bogotá,” said Lizzie Arroyo, vice president of Human Resources and Administration at Auxis.
Colombia is attracting BPO expansion capital from providers targeting U.S. buyers who want time-zone-aligned delivery, bilingual agents, and cost structures below established offshore markets.
Auxis’ Bogotá center follows Sagility’s earlier Colombia expansion and reinforces a trend in which nearshore Latin American locations are competing directly with long-established offshore markets for enterprise outsourcing contracts.
For buyers evaluating outsourcing partners, Colombia’s bilingual talent base and improving infrastructure are reshaping sourcing decisions that previously defaulted to the Philippines or India.
