Full Scale makes the Inc. 5000 for a fifth year
KANSAS, UNITED STATES — Full Scale, a software staffing company that builds dedicated engineering teams for clients through developers in the Philippines, has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies for the fifth consecutive year, ranking No. 4,272 in 2026.

Full Scale debuted on the Inc. 5000 in 2022 at No. 878, representing 723% revenue growth over three years.
The company has appeared on the list every subsequent year, and now employs more than 350 developers in the Philippines across more than 200 technology and product companies served since its 2018 founding.
The company reviews more than 1,000 developer applications each month and selects approximately 3% of candidates, providing clients with pre-vetted senior engineers who integrate directly into existing product and outsourcing teams rather than rotating across multiple projects.
Full Scale said the five-year recognition reflected sustained demand from technology companies seeking to expand engineering capacity without competing exclusively in domestic talent markets.
Founded by four-time technology founder Matt Watson, the company was created specifically in response to the difficulty of finding and retaining experienced software developers at scale.

The company earned Great Place to Work certification for two consecutive years and was ranked No. 15 among technology workplaces in Southeast Asia in 2026.
Full Scale manages employment, benefits, and equipment for all Philippines-based engineers, letting client companies scale business process outsourcing (BPO) and software development capacity without establishing a local legal entity.
Full Scale said it expected businesses to continue exploring global engineering teams as artificial intelligence (AI) tools increase demand for software development across technology and product categories.
