Infosys BPM adds an AI delivery hub in Philippines
MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Infosys BPM Philippines inaugurated an artificial intelligence (AI)-integrated delivery center in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, adding to the company’s global network of 42 delivery locations spanning the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, and Australia.
Alabang center integrates AI into IT-BPM services
The new office is located within Filinvest Axis Tower 2 Northgate Cyberzone Alabang in Muntinlupa City, providing information technology-business process management (IT-BPM) services with modern workplace amenities designed to support employee well-being and productivity.
The Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) noted in its announcement that the center “also integrates artificial intelligence into its operations, highlighting Infosys BPM’s continued adoption of technology to enhance its services and operations.”
According to a report from BusinessWorld, the center’s location within Northgate Cyberzone places Infosys BPM within one of Metro Manila’s most established IT-BPM economic zones, home to multiple multinational delivery operations and PEZA-certified infrastructure.
Philippines anchors Infosys BPM’s global network
Infosys BPM Philippines has been registered with PEZA since 2007 and serves as a major delivery hub for the company’s global client operations.
Ayhee Campos, Infosys BPM Philippines and Malaysia Country and Business Head, represented the company at the August 7 inauguration alongside Celeste B. Ilagan, Chief Operating Officer of the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP).
PEZA IT-BPM sector employs 1.06 million workers
About 1,262 IT-BPM enterprises were registered with PEZA as of end-June 2026, collectively accounting for 10.86% of the agency’s total approved investments.
The PEZA IT-BPM sector employs a combined workforce of 1.06 million as of end-May 2026, spanning the 1,262 companies registered across PEZA’s economic zones and industrial parks.
PEZA-registered IT-BPM firms have generated significant export revenues, making the Philippines one of Asia’s most established destinations for offshore outsourcing services.
The Philippines remains one of the most active markets globally for business process outsourcing (BPO) and IT-BPM, underpinned by government incentives, PEZA-certified infrastructure, a large English-proficient workforce, and nearly two decades of sustained multinational delivery center investment.
