Radial acquires TMS Health Partners, adds 27 clinics

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Radial Health acquired TMS Health Partners, the management services organization (MSO) behind Mindful Health Solutions, expanding its combined clinic network to 27 locations across seven states.
The deal gives Mindful’s 100-plus specialized clinicians access to Radial’s billing services, drug and device procurement, and artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled clinical platform. No deal value was disclosed.
Radial expands to 27 brain medicine clinics
Mindful Health Solutions has operated brain medicine clinics since 2009, offering transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), Spravato (esketamine), and intravenous ketamine across California, Texas, Washington, New York, and South Carolina.
The acquisition brings Radial’s combined network to 100-plus clinicians treating conditions including major depressive disorder (MDD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) across a 27-clinic outpatient footprint.
“Healthcare is failing millions of people suffering from hard-to-treat mental health conditions. The system was built on an old-world view of treatment and has not caught up to the breakthroughs of today,” said John Capecelatro, co-founder and chief executive officer of Radial Health.
AI platform and back-office support drive network scale
Radial Health provides billing services and drug and device procurement to partner clinic networks, alongside RadialOS, an AI platform that matches patients with treatment protocols and measures clinical outcomes.
Former Mindful Health Solutions chief executive officer Mark Kehoe moves to an advisory role, while Dr. Tobias Marton, MD, PhD, assumes the chief medical officer position across the combined Radial network.
“Our combined team’s philosophy centers around providing the best tools for our clinical partners so that providers can focus on delivering the right care for the right individual at the right time. The clinicians we work with have a deep understanding of the positive impact these treatments can have, especially when traditional options have fallen short, bringing hope to patients who have often spent years trying medications that have failed time and again,” said Dr. Tobias Marton, chief medical officer at Radial.
The deal reflects growing consolidation in specialty mental healthcare, where MSOs absorb smaller clinic networks to pool billing, credentialing, and procurement functions centrally.
For business process outsourcing (BPO) practitioners, Radial’s model mirrors the shared services logic familiar in healthcare outsourcing, concentrating operational complexity in a specialist layer so clinicians focus on care delivery.
The United States addiction treatment sector recorded six closings in the first half of 2026 compared with 19 a year earlier, a contraction that creates consolidation opportunities for well-capitalized MSO platforms.
