Omilia raises $67Mn for its agentic CX platform

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — Omilia raised $67 million in Series B funding led by Expedition Growth Capital to expand its agentic customer experience (CX) platform for large enterprises.

The Cyprus-based company grew annual recurring revenue (ARR) more than 10 times since its Series A to over $60 million without raising additional equity. Valuation was not disclosed.

Self-learning platform powers Omilia’s regulated-market expansion

Omilia serves large enterprises in regulated industries including banking, insurance, and healthcare, with clients including Capital One, Discover, RBC, Taco Bell, DWP, and PSEG across its global platform.

The company’s Self-Learning CX Agents reduce deployment time for production-ready artificial intelligence (AI) agents and offer zero token cost pass-through, allowing enterprise clients to project return on investment from day one.

“Omilia has paired deep domain expertise with demonstrable product leadership to build a highly satisfied enterprise customer base. Omilia’s Self-Learning Agentic CX is delivering a step change in call containment and operational improvement, with glass-box auditability and cost predictability that is structurally difficult for other vendors to compete with,” said Oliver Thomas, founder and managing partner of Expedition Growth Capital.

North America expansion targets enterprise contact centers

The $67 million will fund growth acceleration in North America and globally, including the opening of Omilia’s first United States office in the second half of 2026.

Omilia’s cloud platform also includes Lexis, a generative text-to-speech model built for enterprise contact centers, and holds FedRAMP, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR certifications critical for regulated-industry deployments.

“Omilia has been growing strongly for many years, and that momentum is now accelerating, particularly in the US. The Omilia Cloud Platform has become an essential foundation for our customers’ interactions with their millions of customers every day,” said Dimitris Vassos, co-founder and chief executive officer of Omilia.

The funding positions Omilia among the largest independent AI CX platforms by ARR in the enterprise contact center market, backed by a transatlantic software and AI investor that had previously supported the company.

For business process outsourcing (BPO) and customer service providers, agentic CX platforms represent a structural development: they automate a growing share of routine call volume that has traditionally flowed through outsourced contact centers.

Omilia’s zero token cost pass-through model, which shields enterprise clients from variable AI infrastructure costs, offers a commercial differentiator in a market where unpredictable pricing has slowed adoption across regulated industries.
