Accenture acquires Salesforce specialist Incapsulate

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — Professional services firm Accenture has acquired Incapsulate, a digital transformation consulting company specializing in Salesforce solutions.
The financial terms of the deal remain confidential.
As a Salesforce Platinum Consulting Partner, Incapsulate strengthens Accenture’s own Salesforce capabilities in helping companies transform their customer engagement using data and artificial intelligence (AI)-driven insights.
“With Incapsulate onboard, we have strengthened our Salesforce services, particularly in the insurance and public sector industries, enhancing our ability to accelerate digital transformation and unlock business value for our clients,” said Emma McGuigan, senior managing director and Enterprise & Industries Technology lead at Accenture.
Founded in 2008, Incapsulate has over 275 Salesforce practitioners and engineers on staff, holding more than 1,100 Salesforce certifications. The company has offices in Boston, Toronto, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad, India in addition to its Washington D.C. headquarters.

In this year alone, Accenture actively expanded its portfolio through 30 strategic acquisitions, including Bionest in the United States, SKS Group in Germany, Morphus in Ireland, and Nautilus Consulting in the United Kingdom​.
The firm topped the Time Doctor OA500, an index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing firms, with $61.6 billion in annual revenues for fiscal year 2022.
