Accenture boosts CRM with Unlimited purchase
LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM—Outsourcing firm Accenture has acquired integrated customer engagement agency Unlimited to enhance its customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities.
The move enhances Accenture Song’s ability to scale its offerings and unlock greater value from generative AI.
Unlimited’s expertise in behavioral science, customer strategy, and CRM activation will add value to Accenture’s services.
Its proprietary behavioral science capabilities and AI-powered insights platform LUCA will complement Accenture Song’s existing data and analytics prowess.
As part of the deal, Unlimited’s nearly 600 employees will join Accenture Song’s UK team under Bill Scott, the marketing practice lead for the UK, Ireland, and Africa.

Unlimited’s portfolio includes integrated creative agency TMW, research firm Walnut, healthcare communications agency Health Unlimited, and PR agency Nelson Bostock. It is headquartered in London and has additional locations in Bristol, Winchester, and Reading.
Accenture ranked #1 in the OA500 2024, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies. This is the second year the company clinched the index’s top spot.
