Amalga Group launches nearshore records retrieval service
TEXAS, UNITED STATES — Nearshore outsourcing company Amalga Group has launched its record retrieval program.
The initiative aims to aid law firms, insurance providers, and record retrieval firms in recovering critical documents for legal proceedings, research, and administrative tasks.
“We build teams of specialists tailored to the needs of records retrieval companies, law firms, and insurance companies,” explained Jens Erik Gould, Amalga Group CEO.
“Our Nearshore for Records Retrieval program offers highly specialized talent, quality assurance processes, and dedicated support.”
Gould also explained the importance of records retrieval. Storing documents in various formats, whether physical or digital, is imperative to ensure day-to-day operations remain smooth.
He noted how critical record retrieval is in legal proceedings, such as workers’ compensation cases.
Amalga Group’s service addresses key industry challenges, including staffing issues, remote work adaptation, and the need for expertise.
The firm leverages Latin American talent to complement the U.S. team to provide a cost-effective solution.
“In many ways, these companies are serving as the ‘Mexican affiliates’ of U.S.-based companies,” Gould said.
“This is proof that companies see tremendous value in the talent Latin America has to offer.”
Gould noted that nearshore services are more than just a cost-saving measure; they give the U.S. access to talented software developers in Latin America.
