Accenture honored as leader in Gartner’s magic quadrant

Accenture has been recognized as a Leader in Gartner Inc.’s Magic Quadrant for IT Services for Communications Service Providers, Worldwide. The firm was ranked in top position for its ability to execute and its completeness of vision, the eighth year it has been positioned as leader. George Nazi, senior managing director for Accenture’s communications and media industry practice globally, said the honor highlights the firm’s investment approach in services, technology and talent that help its clients in their digital transformation journeys.
The “magic quadrant” interpreted 13 vendors that provide IT services for communications service providers (CSPs) that include IT consult/design, build and run services that CSPs purchase to enable new, or boost existing, end-user offerings and transform their customer, revenue and service management. Gartner said transforming customer, revenue and service management entails optimizing existing resources and processes or implementing improved ones, and improving CSPs’ ability to leverage data and other assets for better customer impact.
