Accenture to acquire Work & Co

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — Outsourcing firm Accenture is set to acquire technology and design company Work & Co.
Work & Co will be under Accenture Song, Accenture’s tech-powered creative arm. Accenture expects to benefit from Work & Co’s expertise in designing and developing an array of digital products and services for clients in the consumer goods & services, communications & media, life sciences, travel, financial services, digital and technology industries.
Its clients include IKEA, Apple, Epic Games, Gatorade, PGA TOUR, Givenchy, Steve Jobs Archive, Mercedes, GoFundMe, Aesop, Globo, Vistaprint.
A survey by Accenture found that 97% of c-suite executives feel that their digital transformation initiatives merely allow them to survive, not get ahead of the curve and tap more growth opportunities.
Accenture believes that its acquisition of Work & Co will help the firm boost the value of its service offerings.

Work & Co will be added to Accenture Song’s growing business portfolio, which includes Rabbit’s Tale, ConcentricLife, Fiftyfive5, The Stable, and Romp.
