Accenture’s skills-building program to increase Filipinos’ employability

Some 145,000 Filipino learners will benefit from business process management (BPM) firm Accenture’s skills training program Skills to Succeed (S2S) Academy.
The program, which is a joint project between Accenture and Technical Education and Skills Development (TESDA), is seen to enhance Filipinos’ employability through talent upskilling.
“Accenture has leveraged digital development and digital innovation in order to provide impact at scale, and help bridge the gap for the employment and skills gap for the vulnerable and marginalized sector of our society,” Accenture Philippines country managing director Lito Tayag said in a press conference.
He also noted that the free online learning program addresses skills gaps. At the same time, the course also prepares learners for their career tracks.
“Talent upskilling has always been a focus for Accenture Philippines. We believe in the importance of equipping the Filipino talent with the right skills through technology-enablement programs like the S2S Academy,” he added.
Over 100 modules that enhance employability are available on The S2S Academy.
