Adarsh Kumar is We Win’s new MD, CEO
MADHYA PRADESH, INDIA — Adarsh Kumar, an industry stalwart with three decades of financial services expertise, has been named the new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of We Win Limited, an India-based business process outsourcing firm.
Recognized for his adeptness in corporate governance and risk management, Kumar aims to harness his comprehensive experience in Retail Finance, Corporate Lending, Insurance, and Operations to spearhead We Win Limited‘s digital transformation efforts.
Kumar, who previously held executive positions in reputed companies like Tata Group, Bajaj Finance, Citigroup, and General Motors Group, has displayed remarkable leadership across diverse geographies and workforces.
His academic accolades include an MBA from Fore School of Management, an Economics degree from Delhi University, and executive education from esteemed institutions like Harvard Business School, Wharton School, Ohio University, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, XLRI Jamshedpur, and ISB Hyderabad.
We Win Limited, established in 1998 by Abhishek Gupta, operates across a variety of sectors. Gupta, the company’s long-serving Managing Director, will now assume the Chairman’s role as Kumar takes the helm.
