Aditi expands into Latin America with Resolvit acquisition
WASHINGTON, UNITED STATES — Aditi Consulting, a global provider of technology solutions and consulting services, has acquired Resolvit, a technology and management solutions provider with a strong presence in Latin America.
This acquisition highlights Aditi‘s commitment to expanding its service portfolio and talent pool as organizations increasingly look to Latin America’s growing tech talent pool.
The Resolvit acquisition allows Aditi to offer services in Argentina, Ecuador, Colombia, and Uruguay, in addition to the United States, Mexico, and India. Resolvit’s solutions complement Aditi’s offerings, covering cyber security, DevOps, cloud/IoT, and application modernization.
“Resolvit is an important and exciting acquisition for us. They enhance our ability to better serve the clients of both organizations,” said Aditi CEO Raja Narayana.
