Allpro acquires Irish HR specialist EOS Talent

HARYANA, INDIA — AllPro Recruitment has acquired EOS Talent, a specialist human resources (HR) recruitment and talent advisory firm founded by award-winning recruiter Emma Anglim.
AllPro Recruitment operates a portfolio of specialist talent services businesses across Ireland and the Middle East and will create 30 new jobs over three years as part of its expansion.
Allpro acquires Eos Talent to deepen HR advisory
Eos Talent strengthens Allpro Recruitment People Group’s position in HR recruitment, a segment the group identified as underserved at the specialist level, particularly for fractional HR managers and senior people leaders.
According to a report from People Matters, Anglim will continue serving clients and candidates directly following the acquisition, preserving the specialist and personalized approach that defines Eos Talent’s market position.
“This is a significant growth announcement for Allpro People Group. We are creating 30 jobs over the next three years as we expand across Ireland and the Middle East, and we are continuing to build a group of specialist businesses that support employers at every stage of the people lifecycle,” said Gareth Fleming, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Allpro People Group.
Eos Talent keeps brand and specialist model intact
The Allpro People Group portfolio now includes Allpro Recruitment, Zylo Talent, Accom Assist, Carter Finch, HRconsultants.ie, and Eos Talent, each serving distinct segments of the talent services market in Ireland and internationally.
Anglim and Allpro CEO Gareth Fleming previously worked together at Brightwater for more than four years, a professional history the group said deepened the strategic alignment behind the acquisition.
“Eos Talent has always been focused on quality, delivery and long-term partnerships. Joining Allpro People Group allows us to continue that work with greater scale and support, while maintaining the specialist, human-centred approach our clients and candidates expect.
Organizations need access to exceptional HR professionals, and this move positions us to support that demand more effectively across Ireland and internationally,” said Emma Anglim, Founder at Eos Talent.
The deal reflects growing demand for specialist talent services groups as HR functions become central to workforce planning and organizational transformation across Irish and international businesses.
For the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector, the acquisition signals maturing demand for specialized HR recruitment as companies outsource HR advisory and talent acquisition functions to dedicated providers.
Ireland’s recruitment sector is consolidating around group models serving employers across the full talent lifecycle, from hiring to executive search, fractional HR placement, and workforce advisory.
