Alorica opens new site in Poland

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — As part of its expansion in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), global customer experience solutions provider Alorica has opened a new location in Łódź, Poland.
The newest site is expected to create hundreds of new jobs locally. The move follows the company’s recent entries into high-growth markets in Egypt and Poland, supplementing existing operations in Sofia, Bulgaria.
“Our scalable and flexible solutions enable companies to globalize their business, especially with our strong and expansive language support. We provide customized delivery capabilities based on longstanding operational expertise and global best practices,” said Matt Sims, President of EMEA Operations at Alorica.
Alorica chose Łódź for its robust talent pipeline, transportation access via rail and air, and proximity to amenities important for a diverse, multicultural workforce. The new 4,700 square meter office across two floors can accommodate 650 employees initially.
The site will leverage a mix of work-from-home and brick-and-mortar engagement to deliver tailored CX solutions for clients.
Alorica Poland has also started partnerships with local universities and organizations to enhance recruitment and training. These collaborations aim to contribute to the community and local economy.
“Alorica is a well-recognized global CX [customer experience] provider that I’m excited to help lead here in my country as the company continues to grow across EMEA,” said Kamila Wozniakowska, Alorica Poland’s Site Director.
Alorica has a team of 100,000 professionals operating in 17 countries, and offers digitally-charged solutions to meet clients’ diverse business needs. It is ranked #128 in the Time Doctor OA500, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing firms.
