Alorica wins Best CEOs for Diversity Award

Global customer experience (CX) provider Alorica Inc. revealed today that it has won Comparably’s Best CEOs for Diversity Award.
The award recognizes the company’s efforts in promoting positive culture change, diversity, and inclusion across the organization. It is voted by employees of color who anonymously rated Alorica from July 2020 to June 2021.
Andy Lee, Chairman and CEO of Alorica said in a statement, “With nearly 70% of our U.S. workforce comprised of minorities, I am incredibly proud of the impact we are making within our Alorica family and also in the communities in which we operate.”
He also attributed their company’s TIDE program for the award which “celebrates, supports and empowers diverse voices around the globe” and promotes unity in their employees.
Alorica launched its TIDE program last year as a grassroots diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiative. Its ongoing Real Talk series provides all employees an interactive forum to increase awareness, share experiences and develop solutions to social issues within their communities.
