Alorica PH puts women leaders in spotlight

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company Alorica Philippines has concluded its speaker’s series as part of its global program to support the professional advancement of women.
The fireside chats are part of Alorica’s Women’s Initiative, which aims to create an inclusive culture and support employees’ learning and development.
Influential female leaders that graced the event included Division Vice President of Customer Experience Sarah Machan-De Silva, Senior Vice President of Client Solutions Jadah Hawkins, and Best Buy’s Chief Inclusion & Diversity Officer Amelia Hardy.
Alorica Asia-Pacific (APAC) Regional President Mireille Magallona underscored the company’s efforts in making individuals feel welcomed, challenged, and supported, regardless of gender, age, or background.
“It’s the kind of culture where employees can dream big, own their future, and know there’s a seat at the table for them. Let’s continue to shatter that status quo together,” Magallona said.
The Women’s Initiative comes after Alorica received a Stevie Award for Achievement in Developing and Promoting Women.
Last year, the company promoted 5,000 employees — more than half were women.
Alorica is an innovative customer experience management and BPO services solution headquartered in Irvine, California, United States. Its industry expertise helped the company secure the 128th spot in the Time Doctor OA500, the first objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies.
