Alta Resources opens $21Mn-worth office; 350 jobs up for grabs
WISCONSIN, UNITED STATES — Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm Alta Resources will hire at least 350 employees as it opens a $21-million facility in Fort Myers, Florida.
The company will host a job fair on May 10, where hiring professionals will conduct immediate interviews. On-the-spot job offers will be extended.
Alta provides customer management BPO services for leading brands in many industries, including health insurance, entertainment, and retail.
The firm is headquartered in Neenah, Wisconsin, with additional U.S. locations in California and Florida. The firm also has a global presence with locations in the Philippines and Belize.
In 2022, it announced it had acquired BRM, a Colombia-based full-service BPO solutions provider, expanding Alta’s capabilities throughout South America.
