Amdocs completes acquisition of TEOCO’s service assurance unit

NEW JERSEY, UNITED STATES — Amdocs, a provider of software and services to communications and media companies, announced that it has completed its acquisition of TEOCO’s service assurance business.
The acquisition equips Amdocs with a comprehensive end-to-end service orchestration offering. This ensures service quality and monetization of next-generation dynamic customer experiences.
“We are delighted to welcome TEOCO’s world-class service assurance team and customers to Amdocs and look forward to accelerating the execution of our network strategy by providing service providers with a holistic end-to-end service orchestration offering,” said Anthony Goonetilleke, Group President of Technology and Head of Strategy at Amdocs.
Goonetilleke added that integrating TEOCO’s service assurance suite into Amdocs’ offerings will provide customers with an extensive network view and expedite the resolution of service and network quality issues.
Amdocs continues to build its global client base by signing long-term contracts and partnering with major companies worldwide. Amdocs has approximately 31,000 global employees and had a revenue of $4.58 billion in 2022.
