Premier Health to acquire Solutions Staffing for C$21 million
MONTRÉAL, CANADA — Premier Health, a key player in Canadian HealthTech, has announced a binding agreement to acquire 100% of Solutions Staffing Inc. (SSI) shares, a healthcare staffing agency active across Canada.
The acquisition, valued at a minimum of C$21 million (US$15.8 million), will make SSI a wholly-owned subsidiary of Premier Health.
“The acquisition of SSI will result in Premier Health becoming a national service provider with activities across Canada, an important milestone for our company,” said Premier Health CEO Martin Legault.
SSI, which generated unaudited revenues of C$74 million (US$55.8 million) in the fiscal year ending September 2022, specializes in flexible healthcare assignments and has a pool of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Allied Healthcare Professionals.
Premier Health, known for its proprietary LiPHe software platform, offers various outsourced services solutions for healthcare needs to governments, corporations, and individuals.
