ARETUM acquires Artemis Consulting
MARYLAND, UNITED STATES — In a move to strengthen its digital modernization and agile development capabilities, ARETUM announced the acquisition of Artemis Consulting.
Based in Virginia, Artemis has long been a primary contractor for various federal agencies, bringing 24 years of experience designing, developing software, and spearheading digital transformation for its clientele.
“We are excited to bring the Artemis team under the ARETUM umbrella. Artemis expands and further diversifies our customer base with exquisite agile development capabilities that drive us up the technology stack,” said ARETUM CEO Damian DiPippa.
The acquisition, which comes under ARETUM’s parent company, Renovus Capital Partners, promises an enhanced focus on cloud enablement, enterprise modernization, and open-source technology for cost efficiency.
Artemis is acclaimed for its focus on Next Generation Analytics, Engineering Services, Training Services, IT Services, Cyber Security, PMO Support, and Financial Consulting.
On the other hand, ARETUM, a government-contracting stalwart, emphasizes analytics, cybersecurity, IT services, and financial consulting, among others.
The backing of Renovus Capital Partners, a seasoned private equity firm overseeing over $1 billion in assets and a portfolio of 25+ businesses, bolsters the financial strength of the merger.
