Xoriant acquires consulting firm Thoucentric
CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES & MUMBAI, INDIA — Global software engineering firm Xoriant has officially integrated specialized consulting firm Thoucentric into its company portfolio.
Founded in India, Thoucentric brings niche expertise in using process and digital solutions to address supply chain, sales & distribution, and finance challenges.
Over its eight-year trajectory, Thoucentric has collaborated with premier brands in the global consumer & packaged goods sector and has carved a niche in the tech and start-up arenas. The firm has a 450-strong global team of elite business and tech consultants across six locations.

The acquisition allows Xoriant to introduce consulting services, offering comprehensive global consulting, tech, and transformation solutions.
The move merges Xoriant’s proficiency in artificial intelligence (AI) & Data, cloud, security, and operations with Thoucentric’s domain knowledge and digital consulting.
Headquartered in California, Xoriant has a 30-year history of championing innovation and has a global presence with offices in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
The company is backed by private equity firm ChrysCapital. In January this year, ChrysCapital acquired Xoriant for an undisclosed sum.
