Arvato beefs up sales team after contract wins

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM – Outsourcing firm Arvato CRM Solutions (Arvato) has appointed two executives to their senior sales team in an effort to boost the company’s operations following a suite of contract wins.
Arvato has appointed Mike Orlic as the new Business Development Director. Orlic will take charge of the company’s expansion initiatives. Before Arvato, Orlic was the Vice President of Sales for the EMEA region of the business process outsourcing company TTEC.
Oric holds significant experience in the BPO sector as he has served as Senior Vice-President of Sales for Firstsource and spent nine years as the EMEA Sales Director for Concentrix (formerly Convergys).
Meanwhile, Alex Palmer will be the company’s Director of Bids and Solutions and will oversee the firm’s end-to-end bid processes, including forecasting, bid and solution strategy, and go-to-market proposition alignment.
Prior to his appointment, Palmer was with IT company XEROX for 19 years, where he served as International Account Director and Vice President of EMEA Bid Operations.
These new nominations come in after Arvato’s new partnerships with footwear brand VIVOBAREFOOT, the Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (Dudley Council), and Crown Commercial Services.
Arvato will modernize VIVOBAREFOOT’s customer service by integrating digital technologies and intelligent automation into the shoe company’s systems. Meanwhile, Arvato will update Dudley Council’s accounts payable through automation. Arvato will also provide financial analysis and due diligence services for Crown Commercial Services.
