Baltic HR giant rebrands as Grafton

VILNIUS, LITHUANIA — The Baltic recruitment giant CVO Recruitment | Simplika has rebranded as Grafton across its operations in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
This move comes three years after the company’s acquisition by Gi Group Holding, marking a new chapter in its 20-year history of providing recruitment solutions in the Baltic region.
Revenue growth and market impact
The company has demonstrated robust growth, with its Lithuanian operations alone facilitating 262 recruitments in 2024.
The company achieved a turnover of €8.35 million ($8.6 million) in Lithuania, representing a 16% year-over-year increase. Across the Baltic region, the group generated total revenues of €23.6 million ($24.3 million).
Recruitment solutions across the Baltics
Under the Grafton banner, the company will continue to provide comprehensive recruitment solutions, including permanent placement, temporary work, employer of record (EOR), payroll, market research, and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO).
The organization will maintain its existing management structure and strategic direction while leveraging new international opportunities.
“Following the name change, the companies’ services, quality, HR teams, management, and strategic direction will remain unchanged and continue to grow,” said Žilvinas Akelis, Head of Gi Group Holding in the Baltics.
European market presence
Grafton, established in 1982, operates in 25 European countries and is recognized as Europe’s oldest recruitment company. As part of Gi Group Holding, which ranks as the eighth largest staffing company in Europe and 15th worldwide, the rebranded organization will benefit from an extensive global network.
Gi Group Holding serves over 20,000 clients globally, employs more than 8,000 people, and achieved an annual turnover exceeding €3.9 billion ($4 billion) in FY 2023.
“This rebranding will position Grafton as a global provider of recruitment, white-collar temporary lease, and HR services in the Baltic region, creating new international opportunities for our clients and candidates,” Akelis added.
