LAGUNA, PHILIPPINES — Offshoring and business outsourcing services provider Big Outsource is opening a new office in San Pablo City, Laguna, in a bid to augment its staff count.
“The new office can accommodate approximately 400 employees, twice as many as the rest of our offices,” Ramon Lorico, Big Outsource’s managing director, told Outsource Accelerator.
Big Outsource currently has offices in San Pablo City, Laguna; Candelaria, Quezon; and Sto. Tomas, Batangas. The newest office in San Pablo City will open in March, Lorico said.
With this office space expansion, Big Outsource is looking to double its workforce by the end of 2023. The outsourcing firm currently has 300 employees. The company expects to open its fourth site this year in Calamba City, Laguna.
