Boomering opens new Philippine office, eyes further expansion
PAMPANGA, PHILIPPINES — Business process offshoring firm Boomering marked a new milestone with the inauguration of its latest office in the vibrant PhilExcel business park in Clark, Pampanga.
This move highlights the company’s rapid growth and the dedication of its team. “Boomering’s simple, smart and transparent philosophy allows us to help our clients grow and achieve their goals. We wish to thank all our clients and team involved that makes Boomering a success,” Boomering President Dean Pascoe told Outsource Accelerator.
With the new addition, Boomering now boasts three offices: two in PhilExcel, each accommodating 200 staff per shift, and a backup office in Angeles, Pampanga that can house 30 staff per shift. This totals a seating capacity of 430 per shift.
Notably, the new space was built to enhance well-being and productivity. It features a recreational area, a dedicated Business Development Manager office, two conference rooms, a pantry, a clinic, and executive suites.
An added perk for staff includes an engagement officer at each location to streamline onsite and remote team interactions.
As Boomering looks to the future, plans are underway for a 50-seat site in Manila later this year and another building in Clark, accommodating 350 staff, set for March 2024. With these expansions, the company has set a target of reaching 600 staff by Christmas this year.
Founded in 2017, Boomering offers outsourced services in information and technology (IT), accounting and finance, and creative marketing. Boomering was recently recognized by the Golden Globe Business Excellence awarding body as the best business process outsourcing (BPO) firm in Pampanga.
