Boomering renews top-level data security certification
PAMPANGA, PHILIPPINES — Business Process Offshoring firm Boomering recently renewed its ISO 27001 certification, the internationally recognized standard for information security management.
Boomering shareholder Peter Rea said the renewal demonstrates the firm’s unwavering commitment to data security.
Although not yet mandatory for the BPO industry, Boomering pursued ISO 27001 certification proactively, reflecting their desire to follow cybersecurity best practices. Achieving ISO 27001 requires rigorous processes, continuous improvement, and organization-wide awareness to manage information security risks effectively.
Rea added that the certification reassures clients that their sensitive data is in safe hands with Boomering.
Moreover, he credited Boomering’s dedicated team, whose hard work made the renewal possible, and thanked them for their commitment to upholding high data security standards.
Boomering provides automated digital communications services to clients across sectors like finance and defense who require secure, auditable messaging. It is currently subscribed to the Outsource Accelerator (OA) Source Partner Program, a powerful tool that helps BPO firms with marketing, sales, and business intelligence.
