CGS expands leadership to drive global growth

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — CGS, a global provider of business applications and outsourcing services, has expanded its leadership team to accelerate its global expansion.
The company has appointed James Lee as Head of Sales for the Americas and Ross Telfer as Vice President of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Sales and Business Development.
Earlier this year, CGS also appointed industry veteran Cathrine Jooste as the new President of its Global Outsourcing and Customer Experience division.
With over 20 years of experience in global outsourcing and technology, Lee will leverage his expertise in consultative sales, digital transformation, and leadership to boost CGS’s revenue growth and strengthen client relationships.
