CGS announces new global outsourcing, CX chief

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — CGS, an international provider of business applications, enterprise learning, and outsourcing services, announced the appointment of industry veteran Cathrine Jooste as the new President of its Global Outsourcing and Customer Experience division.
Jooste, with a robust career of over 25 years in consulting, business process, and customer care outsourcing, will leverage her vast expertise to guide CGS’s strategic growth and global expansion.
Phil Friedman, President and CEO for CGS, extended a warm welcome to Jooste and expressed his confidence in her ability to amplify client relationships and stimulate sustainable growth.
Before CGS, Jooste held a key role as Chief Commercial Officer and North American Region President for Atento, a global CRM and BPO firm. Her tenure there marked significant growth and market position strengthening for Atento. Jooste also held pivotal positions at DXC, Cognizant, and Accenture.
