Cloud-based contact center firm Ringover launches recruitment drive
European Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) firm Ringover rolled out a mass recruitment drive to expand international presence after seeing a bullish growth of more than 100 per cent last year.
“After recruiting 75 people in 2021, and opening offices in the UK and overseas, we now need even more talent to help businesses reach their customer service goals.” Ross Slogrove, Ringover country manager for UK and Ireland, said.
The France-based firm is currently looking for telecommunications experts for over 40 roles. Other job roles include account executives, SDRs, marketing executives and more.
The recruitment drive comes as CCaaS becomes more crucial than ever for all businesses.
“We’re seeing unprecedented demand for cloud calling software that makes sales calls faster, more efficient and targeted to the right people.” Slogrove said.
Ringover offers cloud calling services integrated with enhancement and analytics systems. Banking on the increased demand for cloud calling, the firm aims to offer top-notch services that enable businesses to make informed decisions to make calls more effective.
The company is currently present in France, UK, Spain and the US.
