Cognizant announces pact with Shopify, Google Cloud
NEW JERSEY, UNITED STATES — Business process outsourcing firm Cognizant has teamed up with e-commerce company Shopify and tech firm Google Cloud to modernize enterprise retail.
The alliance aims to combine the strengths of Shopify’s leading commerce platform, Google Cloud’s core cloud infrastructure, and Cognizant’s retail technology expertise.
The joint offering will enable retailers to provide more personalized customer experiences, scale operations globally, and modernize their commerce platforms.
By utilizing Shopify’s commerce operating system built on Google Cloud, along with Google Cloud’s suite of offerings, retail brands will have the necessary technology needed for Cognizant to modernize their digital systems.
This will deliver benefits across various retail scenarios, such as real-time recommendations, shopping assistance, and customized offers.
