Foundever expands global footprint with Malaysian hub

KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA — Customer service company Foundever is set to launch its first multilingual hub in Malaysia later this year.
This strategy aligns with the company’s mission to provide digital-first customer experience (CX) solutions and multilingual support across Southeast Asia.
One of the key highlights of the Malaysian hub is its multilingual support, boasting a diverse range of languages spoken across Southeast Asia, including English, Bahasa Malaysia, Tamil, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, and Arabic.
Malaysia’s highly skilled workforce, technological innovation, and favorable business environment make it an ideal location for Foundever to enhance its service delivery capabilities and strengthen its position in the region.
The new hub in Kuala Lumpur will initially operate with a hybrid model, combining remote work and a co-working space until a permanent site is established.
Foundever™, a global leader in the #customerexperience (#CX) industry, announced today that it will open its first location in #Malaysia and first #multilingual hub in Southeast Asia.
