Concentrix hailed as the 2022 Asia CEO Wellness Company of the Year
Customer experience (CX) solutions and technology provider Concentrix was recently recognized as the Grand Winner of Wellness Company of the Year in the 2022 Asia CEO Awards.
Asia CEO Awards is an award-giving body that acknowledges local and international organizations at the “forefront of shaping the Philippine economic landscape and contributing to meaningful employment.”
As the Grand Winner of the Wellness Company of the Year category, Concentrix’s efforts in providing superior care for the health and well-being of its employees are highlighted.
Aside from this, the multinational firm also received the Circle of Excellence for five other categories: Top Employer of the Year, Expatriate Executive of the Year, Most Innovative Company, Diversity Company of the Year, and Sustainability Company of the Year.
Concentrix SVP and Country Leader Amit Jagga said that these honors are a testament to the company’s “unwavering commitment to prioritize the wellbeing, health, and safety of our staff and their loved ones.”
“This is also the 2nd time our organization has received this award, affirming the huge impact our people-centric investments have made and continue to create for our staff as we sustain growth,” he added.
Concentrix is the largest private employer in the Philippines. Operating in 50 sites in 20 cities across the country, the firm employs more than 100,000 individuals and provides alternative working arrangements to its staff nationwide.
