Concentrix hailed as the biggest IT-BPO employer in PH
American business services company Concentrix is the biggest Information Technology Business Process Outsourcing (IT-BPO) employer in the Philippines, with over 90,000 full-time employees (FTEs).
According to data shared by property consultant Colliers, Concentrix continued to expand and grow amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Citing a Statista report, the firm generated $5.587 billion in 2021, of which $1.34 billion came from its Philippine operations.
For 2022, Concentrix expects a tightened revenue rate of between $6.365 billion and $6.415 billion.
Second on the list is Irish-American professional services Accenture, followed by France-based Teleperformance and US-born firms Alorica and the Sitel Group.

In a report, Colliers’ data showed that the top five IT-BPOs have a combined full-time employees (FTE) count of 310,000.
Regarding total office space occupied, the property consultancy firm revealed that Concentrix also led the list, with Accenture, Teleperformance, Alorica, and JPMorgan Chase & Co rounding up the top five.
